Midwest Airlines is known for being different. In particular, their chocolate chip cookies baked onboard and served in-flight. When they opened a new terminal in Minneapolis, MN, they asked Hallmark Business Expressions (a Hallmark Cards, Inc. subsidiary) to create awareness with a direct mail greeting card campaign.
Instead of focusing on the new location, I suggested they reinforce their brand reputation as "the best care in the air" by comparing the alternatives.
